It has not been out for several months. Boy they are counting on this thing- the marketing spin is starting already! I cant wait to see BD+ go down and all these idiots have egg on their face.


That is how it usually works. No matter how hard Blu-ray backers try there will be a hole in a player somewhere. The same problem happened with DVDs. You can't expect every player to be secure. The problem with BD+ is that it relies on too many secrets with way too many people. It will sooner or later get beaten and it seems to be sooner. Maybe not "hacked" to some people's standards but the discs will be ripped and leaked to the internet. It is going to happen.
